The excursion was beautiful because of the places we visited. However, the guide didn't speak any other languages, couldn't express herself clearly, and didn't manage the group well. Most of the passengers were Spanish-speaking. The guide's English was poor, and even her Italian wasn't clear. She couldn't answer certain questions we asked her about.

A very good, beautiful, and well-organized tour. Our guide, Marina, was exceptional and very attentive. Despite a few troublemakers who disrespected her first and then the entire group—a regrettable situation beyond the control of the tour organizers and Marina, who was excellent in every way—the tour was a success. ¡Totalmente recomendado! The Bernina Express and Saint Moritz saved the day... but the bus had to detour to Como to pick up 20 more people, then we waited 45 minutes in Tirano for 4 people who weren't on our tour... in short, the hours on the bus and the wait felt endless...

Translate this opinion into English.

It was a wonderful experience! Our guide, Ana Cristina, was very kind and polite. She explained each place with such empathy and enthusiasm that she made the tour feel very welcoming and comfortable. Our driver, Michele, was excellent; congratulations on how well he handled those curves on the way to Saint Moritz. I highly recommend this tour. The timings were perfect; we did everything planned and even more. We left Milan at 7:00 am and arrived at 7:00 pm sharp. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Translate this opinion into English.

We should have stayed longer in Tirano. We were only there for half an hour. That's just enough time to use the restroom and have a coffee. It's pointless to stop in a city just for that and not be able to explore it. I asked the guide if we could stay another half hour to see a little more, but he said no. Besides, more English was spoken than Italian. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The landscapes are beautiful, the guide very friendly, and the train a marvel. The excursion lasted less than the 12 hours advertised, there is no time or space to have breakfast or eat something acceptable. It is understood that in excursions the times are limited, but in this case, it was extreme. I hope they improve this last point. Opinion translated. Show original.

The excursion was very tiring: a 3-hour bus ride to St. Moritz (with a stop), 1.5 hours there, 2.5 hours on the Bernina Express, 40 minutes in Tirano, and another 3 hours back. Traffic jams meant we didn't arrive in Milan until 8:00 PM instead of 6:00 PM. If you've already been to Switzerland, the scenery isn't all that impressive. The guide spoke Spanish, but conducted the entire tour only in English, without adapting to the group. I've been on other tours where the guides adapted to the group and gave explanations in both languages.

Tour maravilhoso! Recomendo! Translate this opinion into English.

Wonderful tour! Every glance out the window is worthwhile, whether on the bus journeys or in the Bernina. It's a shame we encountered heavy traffic on the way out to St. Moritz, which made the tour there and in Tirano quite rushed. Nevertheless, we still managed to enjoy it a lot. Our guide, Hajo, was fantastic, patient, and polite, and provided a wealth of knowledge and information. I highly recommend it! Opinion translated. Show original.

Hermosa experiencia!

Beautiful experience! The tour met my expectations, there is a stop for breakfast near Switzerland, where you can already see the mountains, and upon arriving in Saint Moritz, you get 2 hours to explore it before the Bernina. On the train, access is to the panoramic car, an incredible experience. There is one stop in the middle of the journey to take photos in the midst of a spectacular landscape. It's an experience that is definitely worth living at least once in a lifetime. Opinion translated. Show original.

The excursion was very nice, everything you see is great. However, it was advertised as being in English and Italian, but the guide spoke only in English. The explanations of what we saw should have been in both languages. We spent too much time in Tirano when we could have spent less time there, as the journey was tiring. Opinion translated. Mención especial a nuestro chófer Eduardo. Translate this opinion into English.

Wonderful excursion. Our guide Mónica took care of us with affection throughout the day and was very attentive to everyone. You can tell she enjoys her job immensely and conveys that. It was an excursion that was truly worth it. Although it was Sunday and almost everything in St Moritz was closed, it was very nice to stroll around there before catching the train. Afterwards, we were lucky to be in the last carriage where the panoramic views were marvelous. Special mention to our driver Eduardo. Opinion translated. Show original.
