Translate this opinion into English.

Two days before, they confirmed the bus tour, but the day before that, they canceled it, and I had to pay extra to go in a 4x4. Despite that, the tour was very good and they delivered. I recommend it. Opinion translated. Show original.

The places we visited were very nice but the guide was really bad. We had to pay him to wait for us at different places, otherwise he wouldn't have stopped and he wasn't very friendly... not to mention his driving style which was really dangerous! He was going over 130 km/h on a road limited to 80! They should reimburse me at least in part!

Translate this opinion into English.

Our local team assures us that no additional amount has been charged for the stops made, making the visits planned in the program. The extra activity, not included in the reservation, was the visit to the Sanctuary of the Pink Flamingos in Camarones, offered by the driver. They tell us that there was a misunderstanding regarding the agreed price for that activity, which generated the awkward situation. We are sorry if any aspect of the service was not to your liking. We appreciate and take note of the comments to continue improving as much as possible. Opinion translated. Show original.

I found that the information provided did not match what was said. First of all, I did my activity without an English or French interpreter. It was chaotic to return to Santa Marta, as we had no car to come back. We had to take a public bus and a taxi to return on our own. The price of 800,000 is too expensive for one night. Normally, that is the price for 2 nights, not one. I suggest you book with a company in Palomino.

Total disappointment Here you have the overpriced price With the group we were going to, they paid much less than here. Each one paid a maximum of 80 euros per person The total for two is 160 euros And I have paid 66.60 euros more It's something cheeky, I feel cheated A brief pause to admire the snow-capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta (we didn't stop or anything) We got to the boardwalk and they didn't take us to buy handicrafts or anything

Translate this opinion into English.

Different operators may offer different prices. Our price is the same as that of the provider, and we offer extras that are included in it. On the other hand, the visits were made as planned on our website, where we indicate that a stop is made to see these peaks briefly. We are sorry that the tour did not meet your expectations.
