Join us to discover the underwater biodiversity of Barcelona on this snorkeling experience in the Playa de Llevant. It's the perfect plan for sea lovers!
Activity Details
At the designated time, we'll meet at Passeig Marítim del Bogatell, number 3574, to start this snorkeling activity in the Playa de Llevant in Barcelona.
Once we reach the beach, the guide will provide all the necessary equipment for the activity. Before entering the water, we'll have a short introductory chat about the safety rules, underwater communication, and simple finning and breathing techniques.
After learning the theory, we'll slowly get into the sea. We'll explore the submerged sections of the breakwaters, which act as artificial reefs. You'll also learn to keep a sharp eye out for local species such as octopuses, schools of sea bream, colorful damselfish, and, with a little luck, a stingray or cuttlefish camouflaged in the sand.
After enjoying this moment in the Mediterranean, we'll return to the shores of the beach to take off the equipment and conclude the experience at the starting point, after a total of 1.5 hours.
Activity Requirements
Please note that although it is not necessary to have previous experience snorkeling, you must know how to swim.
